UK Mainland Delivery 

Order processing 

Orders are usually despatched within 1- 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. 

Orders received after midday may be processed the following working day. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order within 2 working days, we will contact you by email to let you know. 

Delivery options 

We despatch all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services: 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated 2–4 working days — £4.50

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated 1–2 working days — £6.95

• Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48 

Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and cannot be guaranteed once your order has left us.  Occasionally we use DPD for certain items — there is no additional charge for this service. 

If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us at hello@florriehome.com before placing your order so we can confirm the likely despatch date. 

Tracking 

You will receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your order has been despatched, so you can follow its journey to you. 

Northern Ireland & International Delivery 

We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland or internationally as standard. If you would like a shipping quotation for either destination, please email hello@florriehome.com with a list of the items you would like to order and your full delivery address and we will come back to you with a quote and estimated timescale. 

Please note that any import duties or taxes applicable at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
